Who we are
Eudaimonic by Design was born from a recognition that most organizations strive for high performance, but few think about what really drives the people doing the work. We know that eudaimonic wellbeing is important for individuals and organizations to thrive but it doesn’t just happen on its own. All of us at Eudaimonic by Design have advanced degrees in applied positive psychology and years of lived experience. We are a network of designers, facilitators and consultants with a shared vocabulary and a singular purpose. Collectively we can tap expertise in any industry, function and geography to bring the right talent to the right projects at the right time.
Andrew Soren is the Founder and CEO of Eudaimonic by Design. For the past 25 years, Andrew has worked with some of the most recognized brands, non-profits and public sector teams to co-create values-based cultures, develop positive leadership, and design systems that empower people to be their best.
He regularly writes and speaks about applying the science of well-being at work and hosts the podcast Meaningful Work Matters.
Andrew is a board member of the International Positive Psychology Association, and chaired the 8th World Congress on Positive Psychology in 2023.
