Eudaimonic by Design was born from a recognition that most organizations strive for high performance, but few think about what really drives the people doing the work. We know that eudaimonic wellbeing is important for individuals and organizations to thrive but it doesn’t just happen on its own.
All of us at Eudaimonic by Design have advanced degrees in applied positive psychology and years of lived experience. We are a network of designers, facilitators and consultants with a shared vocabulary and a singular purpose. Collectively we can tap expertise in any industry, function and geography to bring the right talent to the right projects at the right time.
